So, on Monday after our fun-filled (and Max filled) morning we geared up for a busy evening.
After Brandon got home, we loaded up close to a million items (all necessary items, I promise) and headed to Chick-fil-A for dinner.
After dinner it was off to the church for Brandon to attend a Children's Leadership Meeting. While he was meeting, the girls and I played on the play ground...
This was the first time Riley had been on the actual playground. I'm normally holding her and chatting with friends after church on Wednesday nights while Chandler plays.
Looks like she's enjoying it!
All the way to the other end... don't worry, she turned around and came back!
It's a tunnel race!
Chandler being silly
I'm getting fewer and fewer REAL smiles these days!
Peek A Boo! I see you!
I LOVE this picture! I think it's my new favorite!!

An hour later it was off to the ball field for the 1st game of the pre-season tournament... this is why we needed the one million items!
*The wagon
*A blanket
*Drinks for everyone
sippy cup of Apple Juice
Gatorade
cherry limeade
water
*Brandon's "gear"
cleats
glove
batting glove
score book (Brandon is coaching the team again this season)
roster
*A backpack full of snacks
animal crackers
sunflower seeds
fruit snacks
ring pops... technically not a snack, but I had them left over from Valentine's Day goodie bags... better than dropping 50 cents a piece at the concession stand!
*My purse crammed full of
diapers
wipes
a change purse full of dimes for the all important Lollies!!
**I think the only thing I forgot was an extra change of clothes for Riley, but that's another story for another time!!
I must say we looked a bit like migrant workers! :)
I didn't get any pictures at the game, but this is only the beginning of a long spring, summer AND fall at the ball field so I'm sure there will be plenty of other opportunities.
Our team won... what a great way to start things off!
